1. Scope and Role of TVB AI

This Privacy Policy explains how TVB AI Power Limited and its affiliates (collectively, “TVB AI”) collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal data in connection with our websites, accounts, communications, events, recruitment activities, platforms, applications, APIs, and related services (the “Services”). Where TVB AI Power Limited processes personal data solely on a customer’s instructions, the customer remains responsible for that data as controller, and the applicable service agreement governs TVB AI’s processing activities.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We may collect personal data that you provide directly, including names, business contact details, company and role information, account credentials, billing and transaction information, support requests, survey responses, event registrations, job-application materials, and any other information you choose to submit. Payment-card details may be processed directly by authorized payment processors rather than stored by TVB AI Power Limited. If you provide personal data on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from that individual and retained evidence of those consents, which you must provide to us on request.

3. Information Collected Automatically

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute arising from it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.

If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail.
